Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days of receiving the request. Refund details will be provided via email or letter, and the refund will be made online after donors provide complete account details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that refunds will be issued in INR (Indian Rupees), and currency rates at the time of the refund will apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Donation Cancellation Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A 3% fee will be deducted from all online donations for cancellations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For other donation methods (such as cheques or demand drafts), a fee of INR 300 will be applied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Refund &amp; Cancellations SOUL offers a refund policy to donors in cases where a donation was made in error, such as duplicate payments or an incorrect amount due to technical issues.
